Being a member of the Downham Market and District Chamber of Trade gives you the opportunity to promote your business in the following ways.

Arrange a 5-10 minute speaking slot at the breakfast meetings when you can remind members of what you do and let everyone know about any new products, services or offers.
In addition to your listing on the Chambers website you can pay for additional advertising space.
Sponsorship. You may want to sponsor or co-sponsor any of the various Chamber literature such as the members listing brochure which gets handed out at various events throughout the year and needs updating every year as the membership grows. Alternatively you can sponsor something associated with the ever popular and very well attended annual ball, such as raffle prizes or the printing of tickets. These will be discussed at the Executive meetings throughout the year.
Host a Chamber event at you workplace to promote your business.

Networking

Networking means meeting other business people.

The monthly breakfast meeting provides the opportunity to meet existing members, new members and guests.
There are further opportunities to network at various other functions throughout the year and what better way to do some social networking than at the Chambers Annual Ball and other town events where the Chamber has a presence such as the River Festival and the Annual Community Fair.
